Head of Chol – KS3/4

This post comes with considerable autonomy where the holder is responsible for the secular education of the boys and the professional development of the staff in the school's secondary department.
The successful candidate will:

Ÿ     understand and respect the school's ethos
Ÿ     work independently and take full responsibility for their areas of responsibility
Ÿ    be able to lead, manage and motivate staff
