HEADTEACHER 
FOR SEPTEMBER 2021
The Governing Board of Menorah Grammar School, seeks to appoint a passionate and professional Headteacher with the vision, ethos and drive, to take our popular school forward. The applicant will be expected to build upon the strong and successful improvement agenda that is underway at the school, ensuring that all children benefit from a superb well-rounded education.  We are seeking an individual who is outstanding in their field. 
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

-    A passion to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential.
-    Enthusiasm and creativity to develop the curriculum.
-    Excellent interpersonal and management skills.

-    The ability to inspire and lead staff.
-   Proven senior leadership experience.
-   A respect for the school's communal Orthodox Jewish ethos.
