Part Time Position
Goldstar is seeking a Lead Trainer/Facilitator (Trainer) to help launch our Employment and Soft Skills Training curriculum.
This programme will offer an opportunity for heimishe girls to improve their soft skills and to excel in whatever job they undertake.   
The Lead Facilitator will be responsible for:

-   Developing and overseeing a Train the Trainers programme to train a team of heimishe women from across the UK to become certified trainers to deliver the curriculum on Goldstar's behalf.
-    Providing ongoing support to Goldstar trainers
The suitable candidate will:
-    Be passionate about making a difference through education
-    Have excellent interpersonal skills
-    Be engaging, and an excellent team player
-    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-    Have excellent hashkofos and an understanding of the role of a Yiddishe woman
