Head Teacher/Principal
Aim Habonim is a Special Needs school in Manchester who provide education and therapy
for children and young adults with learning and physical disabilities.
We currently provide for over 90 children and young adults in various divisions within the organisation.

The postholder will take responsibility for:

-    Leading and managing teaching and learning throughout the school
-    Promoting the safety and well-being of all pupils and staff
-    Collaborating and working with colleagues and professionals, including therapists, within and beyond school, including relevant external bodies and agencies.

This position will be suitable for someone:

-   With at least QTS; positive experience in Special Education will be a distinct advantage
-    With excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
-    With integrity, passion and determination to lead and inspire the whole school community.
