Head of Tenant Relations New Position, Exceptional Opportunity We are seeking a highly effective manager and communicator to lead on AIHA’s relations with its tenants and leaseholders. The post holder will be responsible for positive tenant communications, oversight and management of AIHA’s complaints process, and for tackling disputes and problems. They will play a key role in reviewing and shaping AIHA’s policies based on tenant and leaseholder experiences. This is a senior position and we are looking for a solution-oriented person who truly cares about our tenants and leaseholders, with excellent people skills and a positive outlook. Repairs Manager AIHA carries out planned and responsive maintenance works for over 900 properties in North and North West London, Canvey Island, Westcliff and Salford. Due to upcoming retirement of our current post holder we are seeking an experienced, competent building professional to manage AIHA’s maintenance administrative staff, the in-house maintenance response team and work with external contractors. The post holder will work alongside our Asset Manager and ensure that the delivery of service is exemplary, efﬁcient, effective and timely. Maintenance Coordinator We are seeking a competent and efﬁcient Maintenance Coordinator to deal with our buildings' communal services and maintenance works for tenants. The person we are looking for will bring relevant experience to the job, be very well organised and reliable, and able to communicate well with our tenants and with our team.
