SCHOOL ASSISTANT CHEF 
(with Shomer/et duties)
Required for:  September start 
Hours and Pay: Monday-Friday, part-time, 
Salary: competitive  Contract: 1 year

The successful candidate must: 

•    Work with the Chef to provide a range of well balanced, healthy Kosher meals
•    Previously assisted or managed in running own catering unit
•    Experience in Kashrut supervision of catering
•    Ensuring that Kashrut protocols are upheld in liaison with the Kashrut Director and Sephardi Kashrut Authority
•    Be Shomer/et Shabbat and Kashrut as defined in Jewish Law
•    Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate or equivalent qualification
