Director of Operations

Seed has been at the forefront of kiruv for over 40 years, restoring the mesorah to families across the UK. We run programmes in centres in London and Manchester and in Jewish primary schools, as well as One to One learning for which Seed is famous. The position will be based at the Seed offices in Edgware, Middlesex. 
We are excited to be recruiting for this role which will be pivotal in moving Seed into the next stage of its organisational journey. There is an excellent team in place to support the Director, as well as established systems and processes. 
Operations Director responsibilities –

Oversee the organisation to ensure that programming is delivered in a creative, cost efficient, and structured way ensuring optimal productivity

Continually evaluate the charity to identify gaps and improvements

that can be made throughout, for example - structural, management, process

Embed a high performance culture

The role is full-time with options for flexible working arrangements which can be discussed with individual candidates. Salary commensurate with experience.  This is a role with expansion potential. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operations, people and projects. They should have good HR skills and some financial literacy. They should be highly-organised, and be able to work under pressure. They should also be committed to the work of Seed. The successful candidate will be proactive and able to work to agreed targets and objectives.
