As part of Ezra’s expansion, we are now looking to hire a full time Youth Director for the boys’ section
on a permanent basis to spearhead its further development and growth.
The right candidate must have a passion for working with young people; be enthusiastic and able
to empower the youth; have initiative and be creative; be able to develop new and exciting programmes,
work well with a team and be an excellent role model.
