The successful candidate should have:

Ÿ    The ability to articulate and communicate a clear vision of high quality educational provision for the school
Ÿ    The capacity to listen and communicate e?ectively with all governing bodies
Ÿ    The ability to develop e?ective relationships with parents and pupils
