Yesodey Hatorah    Mechina leyeshiva is seeking to recruit a dynamic menahel from 9:00am – 6:00pm who can combine visionary leadership with proven competence in management to ensure a secure environment and prepare the boys for their life ahead in yeshiva and beyond.

The successful candidate should have:

• The ability to instil in the talmidim , torah veyiras shomayim .
• The ability to lead, manage and motivate staff and pupils to achieve high standards
• The ability to articulate and communicate a clear vision of high quality educational provision for the school
• The capacity to listen and communicate effectively with all governing bodies
• The ability to develop effective relationships with parents and pupils
