This post may suit someone with the necessary qualities who is willing to undergo training in
order to fulfil the expectations of the role.
We are expanding our services and are seeking a highly motivated individual with
leadership qualities to oversee the delivery of all our projects. This is an exciting opportunity
for someone looking to ll a leadership position within a growing community organisation.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Committed to the aims and ethos of the JCCG.
• Demonstrable leadership experience/characteristics.
• The sensitivity and temperament to deal with challenging issues whether related to
staff, service users or a member of the community.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with and accustomed to working at
senior level, internally and externally.
• Articulate and able to express themself clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Computer literate.
• A high working knowledge of the practices of the Orthodox Jewish Community.
