We are expanding our services and are seeking a highly motivated individual with leadership qualities to oversee the delivery of all our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to ll a leadership position within a growing community organisation. The ideal candidate will have/be: • Committed to the aims and ethos of the JCCG. • Demonstrable leadership experience/characteristics. • The sensitivity and temperament to deal with challenging issues whether related to staff, service users or a member of the community. • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with and accustomed to working at senior level, internally and externally. • Articulate and able to express themself clearly both verbally and in writing. • Computer literate. • A high working knowledge of the practices of the Orthodox Jewish Community.
