The charity sector is going through a period of significant change with the demands of the regulators continually evolving. An exciting opportunity has arisen within AAC with the creation of the role of CEO. The role is pivotal to both on-going business as usual and in helping to de?ne and implement future strategies that enable the business to grow safely.
AAC is a digital transaction business handling 100,000s of transactions per annum, relying on strong online and o?ine systems and processes, excellent customer service and underpinned by sound product/project management methodologies. 
The successful candidate will lead the charity and manage employees who work in Opera ons, IT, Compliance and Product Marke ng. The candidate will be responsible for devising the business strategy and delivering a business plan that ensures the on-going sustainability, growth and success of the charity, whilst at the same  me, ensuring adherence to regula on.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Essential

·    Signi?cant senior management experience in a commercial organisa on
·    Strong understanding of delivering rela vely high-volume transac onal services, including IT development and opera ons, product management and marke ng
·    Experience of ?nancial management, including forecasting, budget setting and monitoring income and expenditure
·    Very good knowledge of compliance, governance, policies and statutory requirements

Advantageous

·    Signi?cant experience in a charity or not for pro?t organisation
·    Experience of risk strategy and management in a charity, not for pro?t or commercial setting
·    Experience in marketing and delivering growth strategies.
