Peninim is a school for girls from Yiddish-speaking homes in NW London, with a focus on varemkeit and individualized attention. Thanks to the large and dedicated staff, the school is able to focus on each and every girl, identifying her strengths and ensuring the best possible provision in her formative years. Our pupils love their school, we have a committed staff, and enthusiastic and supportive parents.
We are looking for an inspirational leader and educator who will continue to set high expectations and attainment for our pupils and staff. Our headteacher will understand and share our ethos and values and will provide leadership with a clear strategic vision, empowering and inspiring staff and children to be the best they can be within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious and experienced Headteacher, Deputy Head or Phase Leader who has proven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills and has the determination and energy to continue to drive the school forward.
