We are looking to appoint a highly professional, experienced and caring individual to this key leadership role in our school.  
The SENDCO will be responsible for all SEND provision across the school, including SEND provision by class teachers, one-to-one support, individualised timetables and curricula. Together with a strong and supportive team the SENDCO will have overall responsibility for case-managing all students with SEND needs and will liaise directly with students and parents. 
As head of a large department, the SENDCO will line manage the entire team of TAs and Support Workers and ensure the highest levels of care for all students. As a member of the school leadership team, the SENDCO will be a role model for our ??? ???? girls and will possess the excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills required to help drive forward our large and growing Beis Yakov school.  
Salary: Leadership scales - commensurate with experience
