Busy Management company in North London is looking to recruit a Service Charge Account Assistant

The Role:

  • Responsible for overseeing the whole of Block Management Accounts.
  • Prepare Service Charge Budgets in liaison with the Block Management Head.
  • Manage receipts and payments for Commercial rent and prepare monthly spread-sheet.
  • Prepare weekly BACS payments.
  • Credit control.
  • Client reporting and meeting attendance.
  • General office duties including telephone calls and emails, filing and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Two years Block Management accounts experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proactive and assertive.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be able to work in a team and under pressure.
