Busy Management company in North London is looking to recruit a Service Charge Account Assistant The Role: Responsible for overseeing the whole of Block Management Accounts. Prepare Service Charge Budgets in liaison with the Block Management Head. Manage receipts and payments for Commercial rent and prepare monthly spread-sheet. Prepare weekly BACS payments. Credit control. Client reporting and meeting attendance. General office duties including telephone calls and emails, filing and administrative tasks. Requirements: Two years Block Management accounts experience. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Excellent communication skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Proactive and assertive.
