Property Investment and Development Company is looking for an individual to join their growing team on a permenant basis as aAsset Manager/ Property Administrator The position will require a well-presented, organised candidate to take on key rolls within the firm. The role will include: Managing a small portfolio of residential and commercial properties Managing the company's development sites. This includes site appraisal, reviewing proposed schemes and overseeing the work of planning consultants/architects. Overseeing the accounts departments (including making sure payment are made for all invoices and mortgage payments) Providing day-to-day office support, to ensure smooth operation Person specification You will be a graduate with at least one year's experience in a similar environment within the real estate industry. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience in a small office environment as well as good attention to detail is essential alongside a good work ethic.
