Job description: Development Manager The job holder is responsible for defining and implementing a fundraising strategy for Hatzola North London and managing and motivating a supporting team. Primary responsibilities · Define and implement a fund raising strategy for Hatzola · Research and progress fundraising opportunities, including grant applications · Build and develop relationships with key donors Key skills · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Strong time management and organisational skills · A proven ability to manage a team, devise strategies, research opportunities and meet fundraising targets · Ability to build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with donors · A passion and commitment to the cause. Relevant experience Previous experience in fundraising is required, although we will consider experience in other areas such as sales or marketing.
