The Trustees of the newly formed Lubavitch Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a

Primary Head Teacher

Required from January 2019 or sooner.

Leadership scale L11 to L19 Inner London depending on experience

An enhancement could be considered for the right candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the skills and enthusiasm to drive the primary phase of the MAT forward.

The Lubavitch MAT exists to provide an excellent all round education permeated with the ethos of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Its mission statement is to raise students with fine character traits and intelligence, imbued with the love of G-d, Torah and one's fellow person, who will grow and make a great contribution to society.

The successful candidate will

• work with professionals who are committed to ensuring the pupils have a positive learning experience and Trustees who bring a breadth of skills and experience to their role.  The Trustees are keen to support a strong leader who can demonstrate a proven track record in school improvement.
• be able to provide vision, leadership and direction to our growing MAT. 
• be an outstanding primary practitioner with a proven track record of professional and inspirational leadership and management leading to high quality education by effectively managing teaching and learning
• have excellent career development opportunities.  The new Head Teacher will be encouraged to share their skills across the MAT and will play a key role in the leadership team of the MAT.
