A North London based Property Management 
Company is seeking to recruit an individual that 
will be responsible to analyse and review all 
residential properties on the company's portfolio, 
ensure market rent is achieved and execute the 
negotiations and review procedure.

Desired Skills & Experience
·  Previous experience in property
·  Working knowledge of London property market
·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
·  Good IT skills
·  Flexible and able to multitask
·  IRPM or other relevant property qualification 
    advantageous but not a pre-requisite
·  Excellent organisational skills
·  Proven track record in rent negotiation highly 
    advantageous
