To be present and responsible for the preparation of the premises for each function.

To be present for the full duration of the event so as to monitor its smooth running and to be available for support and guidance.

To uphold the overall standards & policies that govern the hall

To recruit and train staff, where necessary

To ensure a successful and effective operation ending in a positive guest experience.
