AIHA is a continually growing organisation that provides homes for people in housing need in the Orthodox Jewish community.
A management vacancy has arisen within our finance team. 
We are seeking an experienced accountant with wide ranging responsibilities, including:

•    Implements and monitors compliance to financial policies, procedures and frameworks to manage and maintain compliance across the business
•    Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
•    Managing the team who process transactions and the treasury function

•    Producing management accounts and financial reports
•    Preparing VAT returns and ensure tax compliance
•    Supporting preparation of service charges
and rent increases
•    Supporting the annual audit
and preparation of statutory accounts

We are looking for a skilled finance professional, who is a good problem solver and team player, comfortable with different IT applications.
