Exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to become the new Menahel of Gibraltar’s Jewish Secondary Schools.

GBSS and GGHS are two orthodox secondary schools based in Gibraltar undergoing a reorganisation process to form a multi-academy trust to meet the Educational and Ruchniyut needs of both male and female students in a strong orthodox environment and where each school is located at separate sites. 
The Governing Body are looking for a new Menahel to lead the schools in this next phase and implement their vision for the new structure commencing in September 2024. 

We are looking for an experienced leader who…

•    Can foster excellence in teaching, and learning across both Kodesh and Chol
•    Exemplifies a strong commitment to Jewish Torah values, halachic observance and good middot
•    Serves as a role model for the high standard of Kodesh values and learning desired for our students.
•    Has the skills to develop the Kodesh curriculum
•    Can empower and motivate staff and pupils to achieve their full potential;
•    Has outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage with all stakeholders
•    Is committed to making a difference and ensuring that every pupil achieves their potential
